Cancellation charges: Carnival, New Year and Easter you will be charged in advance 100% of the reservation in case of cancellation or no show there are no refunds. Christmas and Mercosur's holidays: cancellation 3 days before check-in without penalty, otherwise one night will be charged. January and February: cancellation 4 days before check-in without penalty, otherwise in stays up to 9 nights, 1 night will be charged and in stays of over 9 nights you will be charged 50% of the stay.
